The reason we're starting this is to cut through all of the clutter that's on the web about nutrition, fitness and personal development. There is a lot of information out there and not all of it is reputable, as you probably know already. ; )
That being said, there are a lot of other people and companies posting great information. We'll be sharing these bright stars with you, our readers, once it crosses our desk.
The things we'll be posting about are based in science. We'll be discussing real world results, and real people. We've tested thousands of people since 2013 and we've seen many different training and nutrition programs during that time. We've even tested a few of them out ourselves with some pretty amazing results, and others were quite disheartening.
You can expect us to talk on topics that well help you to Live Your Best Life:
- Nutrition - this is a broad topic and we'll be mostly focused on whole foods with a small bit of supplementation
- Fitness - another broad topic and we'll be covering everything from Strength, Flexibility, Movement, Functionality, Yoga, to Sleep
- Personal Development - I've spent years and years of my life reading various personal development books and trying new things out. From athletic pursuits, to mediation and spiritual study, to entrepreneurial studies to what it means to be a man, a devoted husband and a loving father.
- Fitness Technology - I'm a bit of a geek on this stuff so I have to fit it in here somewhere! : )
We'd love to hear from you in our comments section as well. We want to create a dialogue with those of you who are passionate about health, fitness and personal development. We want to hear "the good, the bad and the ugly." If you disagree with me or want to provide an alternate perspective, go for it! There's no one way to create the best you and we welcome all positive feedback and commentary. The important thing is to tell us what's on your mind.
How we anticipate this working is to publish one to two blogs a week. We'll send out an email to everyone, including social media, that a new entry has been posted. From there, it's up to you.
